Cancellations

Even though we'd love to, we can't host everybody all at once. We maintain a seven-day cancellation policy, 21 DAYS FOR SPECIAL EVENTS AND MAJOR HOLIDAYS, and we reserve the right to stipulate a two-night minimum on holidays and special weekends.

Water

Ranch 3232 currently uses well water. It’s perfectly safe, but it’s non-chlorinated, so you can expect a certain… perfume. Okay, fine, it’s smelly. We are working toward installation of a state of the art filtration system and possibly rainwater collection. But if you’d rather be less “in touch”, we recommend bringing your own drinking water.

Fire Pits

Our cabins fire pits are a great place to gather, make s’mores, and tell a few stories. So bring some firewood, and we’ll provide the matches.

It probably goes without saying, though, that we like our property, our cabins and the amazing vistas that seem to evade time itself. So… when there’s a general fire advisory, there aren’t any camp fires. We’ll let you know if the conditions aren’t good for fires so we can keep everyone safe and sound. We’ll even give you a recipe for microwave s’mores!

Smoking

We don't mind smoking, but please be responsible about it. Keep it outdoors and always put your stubs out in water. Like we said about the fire pits, we'd like to keep Ranch 3232 wild-fire free, so take extra precautions during dry or windy weather.

Television

Our two smaller cabins, The Man in Black and Red-Headed Stranger, have small televisions with antennas. Our larger cabin, Bocephus, and the Streamline trailer do not. But we bet if you take a moment to pick up a book or take a stroll around the property, you’ll find you aren’t missing a thing.

Air Conditioning

All three cabins have air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans to keep you and yours comfortable during any sort of weather.
