By day he’s an IT consultant, but Ken Bodeman has big dreams – dreams of creating a funky, easy-going, eco-friendly oasis in the middle of the Hill Country – a bit of Americana-meets-Central Texas. Now that he’s found the perfect location, he has to convince his wife that his dreams are financially sound. Why not help Ken out while you discover a dream or two of your own?
Ken's vision for Ranch 3232:
"
This is the place that invites detachment from the everyday and welcomes all. The overriding theme and concept is expand on the existing natural beauty by creating a micro-resort that eventually features a community of cabins, vintage trailers with outdoor living areas, natural swimming pool, funky/rustic cabins and a bathhouse in an ecologically friendly environment (60's/early 70's Americana meets Central Texas). Future plans include incorporating a small open air decked bar/grill/retail space that overlooks some of blanco counties most scenic vistas. A place that invokes inspiration, fun, and relaxation while maintaining a "low impact" approach to the natural landscape. "
